Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

All orders that are placed are checked thoroughly by our distribution staff before being approved for sale, therefore we DO NOT ACCEPT returns or refunds unless the item is damaged/faulty. You cannot return an item because you changed your mind and do not want it anymore. We only sell items that are fit for purchase; bear in mind that not all items will look like the pictures on the site but we promise good quality products.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned and there is a manufacturer defect or damage during transit (does not apply to collection in person). Your must fill out a return form online within 7 days of your purchase to notify us you want to return an item.
 
Refunds
We do not give refunds unless the product is faulty and reported within 1 week of purchase. If you qualify for a refund, please note we take a 30% admin fee so you will receive 70% of any money paid.
 
Please note that pre-order items can take a few weeks to arrive, if you cannot accept this then please do not place an order and complain afterwards.
 
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, therefore it is very important to check all sizing measurements before ordering.
